Hannah joined Audit Partnership as a Recoveries Analyst in 2015 after graduating with a degree in Accounting, Business Finance and Management. Over the course of two and a half years, Hannah has progressed significantly and is now Recoveries Manager for one of our largest grocery retail audits.
During Hannah’s time as a Recoveries Analyst, she was able to build strong relations with both suppliers and client personnel. Following this, Hannah was promoted to Audit Team Leader, which gave her the opportunity to manage and develop a strong performing team. This position gave her the chance to expand her knowledge of profit recovery auditing and the processes that Audit Partnership follow. It was this breadth of exposure within different departments of the business that has allowed her to progress to the position of Recoveries Manager.
“The things I enjoy most about working for Audit Partnership are the company culture and the development opportunities that come with a successful, growing business!”
Ben started work with Audit Partnership in 2016 as a Placement Auditor on one of our larger Grocery Retail audits. He has now returned on a part time basis during his final year at university.
We asked Ben what he enjoyed most about working for Audit Partnership and his time with us so far was the knowledge he gained in different areas, job satisfaction, commercial knowledge, sharing of ideas and his colleagues.
“I would recommend taking a placement to anyone. It has allowed me to gain more confidence, given me the chance to meet new people and taught me a number of new skills!”
Rich joined Audit Partnership as an Auditor on Placement in 2007 and further went on to join us as a Graduate. Over the course of ten years, Rich has progressed significantly and is now Global Audit Director. His path with Audit Partnership has taken him through client relations and managing those to ensure that they were receiving a service above expectations. Fast forward to now and he has overall responsibility for all international clients, business development strategy and expansion into the US.
“The culture is the thing I enjoy most about Audit Partnership. We have a culture where creative thinking and innovation is encouraged throughout the business and I love hearing and seeing the ideas that come from placement students and graduates. That is followed closely by the exciting expansion opportunities that are created through our continued successes into the UK and our new venture into the US!"
