Training and development

We have a strong belief in developing our people and this is apparent in the training you receive as soon as you start. Training starts with a comprehensive induction and continues throughout your career at Audit Partnership. Every member of staff has access to a Personal Progression Framework, specific to their department, which shows the levels and stages that are within reach and the competencies needed to achieve those.

All our people are given the opportunity to develop their skills and competencies and advance their careers. Each employee has access to a series of core training modules and the option to participate in an Individual Development Program. This core training gives our people the knowledge, skills and technical ability to fulfil their roles effectively, whilst the Individual Development Program supports our employees' personal growth and develops transferable skills that they can use throughout their career.
